The Risky Business Forum will be held on the 20th of September 2019 at Gilead Sciences, Uxbridge. 

Risk analysis has been a vital component of management ever since projects have existed, but this important discipline is still progressing. Among the recent developments is the idea of relational risk: how people’s behaviour can affect your project. The forum will also look at:

• How to use traditional risk analysis to deal with ‘risk monitoring’
• How other industries deal with risk

We would like to make it an interactive day with some real examples from clinical research.
