Existing ICR eLearning users have the chance to upgrade for free to the new Version 2 modules. The upgraded modules include the 2008 amendments to the Declaration of Helsinki and will make learning more interesting with exciting new interactive elements.
The original (Version 1) modules will be phased out and replaced with the upgraded versions. Existing users qualify for a free upgrade to the new versions (Version 2). Upgrades will be available from Thursday 19th March.
To benefit from the upgraded modules you must have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.
To check whether you already have Adobe Flash Player, please click on the ICR eLearning demo on the right hand side of this page. You should see moving images on the first page and the title of the module, Principles of ICH GCP, will appear; you will also be able to click through the module to see examples of the new interactive features.
If you cannot see moving images on the title page, you should download Adobe Flash Player software for free from the Adobe website, or you may need to contact your IT department to install it for you. You will then be able to use the Version 2 modules.
If you have any issues with using or downloading Adobe Flash Player or viewing the demonstration module, please contact us via email by Monday 30th March as we may need to make special arrangements for your upgrade.
It is essential that you contact us before this date to ensure that you can view the upgraded modules. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you do not wish to be upgraded and will continue to provide access to Version 1 of your module.
Once the upgrade has taken place you will have access to your module as normal and will be able to continue where you left off. Just make a note of the page you were using before the upgrade.
If you have any questions please contact our eLearning coordinator by telephone on +44 1628 536967 or email.
