Access

Q. How do I get to the module that I've paid for?
A. Login to the website and click on "elearning access" on the menu on the left hand side of the page. Once on the eLearning page, locate "Accessing Your Modules" on the right hand side of the page and click on the module title you require. 

 

Q. How long can I access my module for?
A. You will have access for 2 years to the module you have paid for, from the date of payment.

 

Q. Do I have to complete the programme in one go?
A. No. Once you have purchased access to the eLearning programme you can come back at any time to continue for 2 years.

 

Q. How long until I can access my module?
A. Once we have your order form, we try to register you as quickly as possible.  If you are paying via purchase order, access will not be granted until the invoice has been paid in full. This may take a week depending on numbers of orders. You will then receive a username and password telling you about your access.

 

Qualifications

Q. Do I get a certificate?
A. Yes,  there is the facility to print a certificate to show that someone has completed the eLearning module. It does not demonstrate competence in the topic taught.

 

Q. Do I get CPD points?
A. Yes. Each module is worth 5 CPD points. These will appear on your certificate. 

 

 

Payment

Q. How do I pay?
A. If you are purchasing for your own use you can use our online payment system. However if you are purchasing for multiple users please download and complete an order form.

 

Q. Will I get a receipt?
A. If you pay online, World Pay will send you an instant receipt. Otherwise receipts are available on request.

 

Q. How much is a module?
A. Module prices are as follows:

 

Non-member - £78 per licence

ICR Member - £65 per licence

 

Non-member NHS/Academic - £62 per licence

ICR Member NHS/Academic - £52 per licence

 

Q. What if I want to purchase multiple licences?

A. Contact the eLearning Co-ordinator for a quote.
