Clinical developments projects are increasing in complexity and size, whilst also more routinely being being outsourced to one or more CRO. Achieving on-time, within budget clinical studies delivered to a high standard becomes ever more challenging. Consequently, the robust and regular assessment of clinical trial performance becomes ever more important.

This forum will present and encourage discussion on the variety of approaches to clinical trial metrics and will also demostrate how their correct use and interpretation can equip project managers for effective clinical trial management.
