This training day will help those conducting medical device research/studies complete research ethics documentation properly, including the application form and patient/participant information sheets, provide insight into the ethical issues considered by REC's when reviewing a research application, specifically related to the medical device applications, and bring together help medical device applicants and REC representatives with the aim to promote understanding of each party's issues and challenges.
