As a member of the Outcome Site Management Team in this position you will train and support physicians, nurses and other healthcare workers using the company’s Internet based data management tools. The Site Management Team supports all aspects of site and/or physician recruitment, site enrollment efforts as well as patient enrollment efforts. Performing comprehensive, articulate trainings, and resolving customer support issues are two key components of this position. Position requires an ability to learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize; superior computer, organisational, communication (both written and verbal) and outstanding client service skills. Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages required; German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian. Life Sciences background an asset.
