Great opportunity for someone with previous clinical operational experience to progress to Project Manager
The Role and your Responsibilities
Excellent opportunity for someone with previous monitoring experience who is looking to progress to a more Lead / CPM role, where they will be required to take some responsibility for the clinical monitoring of a study. You will also be responsible for directing the study team of CRAs and working closely with the assigned CTA.
The role would include client liaison, clinical monitoring portion of the budget, CRA study specific training, hosting Investigator meetings and study meetings (including minutes), tracking, metrics, quality and status reporting etc.
What is Required
- You will need to have previous clinical lead CRA experience across Europe
- Oncology or Immunology, plus some Pediatric experience, would be an advantage (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Previous "Bid defence" experience would also be a distinct advantage
- Ideally we are looking for a senior person who can also support the Manager CPM when they are travelling
What is Offered
This role will be office based in Buckinghamshire
Salary c £38k - £45k + competitive benefits package
