Clinical Team Manager – Personal Coach
The Clinical Team Manager/ Personal Coach will develop and manage the contract staff employees and support the business and processes in line with our strategy, policy and procedures, in order to attract, retain and motivate contract staff while contributing to the fulfilment of client’s new and existing staffing needs.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior CRA/Lead CRA with previous UK-wide clinical monitoring experience to step in line management.
Your responsibilities will range from business plan & budgeting, contract staff pool management, coaching / development of contract staff,
to administration and monitoring of all relevant contract staff data in the personnel information system (concerning contracts, remuneration, timesheets, etc.)
The ideal candidate will have a University/Bachelors Degree in medicine, science or equivalent; excellent interpersonal, relationship building and problem-solving skills as you will focus on fulfillment of contract staff’s and client’s needs and continuance of repeated business and supervise a pool of contract staff.
You will have full UK work eligibility, be able to travel UK-wide 3 days a week, and have a valid clean UK driving licence.
