The Role and your Responsibilities

Based in Cambridgeshire, they are looking to recruit an Associate Medical Director, specialising in Renal. This position will present you with a great opportunity to develop your experience in this position with international responsibility on a contract basis. This is a role which will challenge you as they are requiring the successful applicant to 'hit the ground running'

What is Required

As Associate Medical Director you will lead and drive strategy for the overall regional (US/EU) clinical development taking into consideration the medical, scientific, regulatory and commercial issues for assigned company pipeline

You accountabilities will include:

  • Preparing and contributing to the clinical development program for specimens
  • Preparing, guiding and reporting content about European clinical projects such that international qualitative and scientific norms are met
  • Answering the medically related questions from other departments employees about the product(s)
  • Giving direction and leadership to clinical project managers

Successful applicants will be qualified medical doctors who have experience within Renal. Previous experience in management and successfully leading matrix teams is highly preferred

What is Offered

6-12 Month Contract based in Cambridge, Good contract rates dependent on experience
