ICR responds to European Commission consultation on Clinical Trials Directive
Summary
The European Commission DG Enterprise Pharmaceuticals unit issued a public consultation paper titled "Assessment of the Functioning of the Clinical Trials Directive 2001/20/EC" on October 9th 2009.

To formulate and ICR response, contributions were invited from all FICR members and the Chairs of all ICR Special Interest Groups, Advisory Groups and Forum Steering Groups. ICR has published a draft document on January 5th 2010, for final consultation prior to submission on January 8th 2010. To view the draft submission, click the link below.
